Situation:
In the heart of the Mugello. Mugello is called the first part of the Sieve valley to Vicchio, to which joins the Florentine region on the other side of the Apennin. A lot of cultural sights lies in a periphery of only few kilometers. So Firenze and Fiesole are only approx. 30 kilometers away. The Thyrreni sea, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca and Pisa are attainable with the car in somewhat more than one hour. Not far away of the Villa, you will find beautiful medieval villages like Scarperia, San Piero a Sieve and Borgo San Lorenzo. The nature around the Villa rich in sources, brooks and forests is perfectly qualified for walking, trekking and mountainbike tours.

Villa Vignolino:
The Villa Vignolino is a typically toscuny house for small groups with up to 14 persons. Tastefully restored property, made up of a farmhouse that has been divided into 2 apartments and a hayloft situated about 30 m from the farmhouse. The property is surrounded by a spacious garden with a shared swimming pool (6x12) (4/5-28/9). Each apartment has an equipped private outdoor area and satellite TV. Possibility of going for walks. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Access along 800 m of dirt track road.

Groundfloor: kitchen (oven, dishwasher) with fireplace, living/dining room (satellite TV), 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine) with access to the outside, kitchen/dining room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Covered loggia to use as a dining room.

1st floor: 2 double bedrooms with bathroom (shower), 1 double bedroom, 3 twin bedded room, 2 bathroom with shower. Comfortable furniture with period pieces. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
