The mobilhomes have a length of 8 meters and a width of 3 meters. They consist of 3 rooms and 1 bathroom with washbowl and shower and a separate WC with washbowl. There are one sleeping room with double bed (2.00 x 1.40), one sleeping room with a bunk bed and a single bed (each 1.90 x 0.70) and a living/dining room with kitchen corner. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with icebox, a gas stove, coffee machine and electric kettle. In front of each mobilhome are placed a shady pavilion with a table and 5 chairs as well as 2 sunloungers. A gas barbecue can be rented.
All rooms are cooled/heated by air conditioning.
The variety of leisure time facilities are from recreative walking or bicycle tours through the nature protection area with its large stone pines forests, along the beach .... to the exhaustless possibilities in the interior for those who are interested in culture and art like the Firenze with the Uffizi, the palaces and museums, Siena with the splendid cathedral. The Leaning Tower of Pisa, San Gimignano or Volterra should be visited, too. Rome can be easily reached by train or by car.
