Situation:
In the heart of the Mugello. Mugello is called the first part of the Sieve valley to Vicchio, to which joins the Florentine region on the other side of the Apennin. A lot of cultural sights lies in a periphery of only few kilometers. So Firenze and Fiesole are only approx. 25 kilometers away. The Thyrreni sea, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca and Pisa are attainable with the car in somewhat more than one hour. Close by the manor you will find the medieval villages like Scarperia, Vicchio, Borgo San Lorenzo and San Piero a Sieve. The nature around the manor having plenty of sources, brooks and forests is perfectly suited for walking, trekking our mountainbike tours.

The holiday house:
An old guard tower dated even before the year 1000 and built on a former Romain settlement in a panorama amply position with view to the green hills of the Mugello. In the following eras the tower experienced multiple alterations however by retaining its original character until it becomes a manor with 400 m2 housing space during the last renovation. It is equipped with original rustic furniture of the 19th century and every comfort. Outdoor you will find a great, private and well-equipped property with a swimming-pool (6x14 m) which is exclusively at guests’ disposal. A nice wooden construction for children is mounted in the garden.

1st fl.: billiard’s room, library, 4 double bedrooms, one has an extra bed, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Washing machine.
