Sorrounded by beautiful chestnut woods, Villa l’incanto is located in one of the most beautiful scenery offered by the Mugello valley, on the way to the upper mugello, where fields and hills by smoothly become mountain covered by woods.

Villa L’intento property reachs 31 ha coltivated with olivegroves, veg. Above the house a 3 ha chestnut-wood provides the farm of the typical product of upper mugello, chestnut.
The nearest village, Corella is at 2 km distance, S.Bavello (bar, grocers’) 6km, Dicomano 10 km, S.Godenzo 10 km, Vicchio 15 km (public swimming-pool), Castagneto 12,5 km (nice and recommended little osteria “la bottega dei gaudenti” with good home-made dishes and terrace on a wonderful landscape). In Castagneto there are also small waterfalls with possibility of bathing. Firenze 40 km, nearest airport 45 km (Firenze), Siena 90 km, Arezzo 90 km,
Driving through ‘il passo del Muraglione”, on a beautiful mountain winding road, you can reach Faenza and the beaches of Romagna (80 km).
The apartement:
Big farmhouse restored (330 sqm) and split into two apartments.The apartments are provided with private entrance and private garden. They are both furnished in perfect tuscany rustic style.
500mt. of dirt track leads you to the house.
First floor:1 double bedroom (with queen-size bed, access to a small room with a single bed), balcony 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room bathroom with shower large living room with fireplace, sat tv, access onto the terrace.
All bedrooms have Sat-TV.
Pets are allowed (25 Euro per pet) Barbecue to be shared with other guests. The Apartment 1 is for 8 persons (220 m2, two floor level).
Ground floor: kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer), dining room with a large wood table, sat tv, fireplace, access to the garden. Bathroom with jacuzzi bath, washing machine.
